If those are fine, the usual causes are low refrigerant gas from a leak, an outdoor fan or capacitor fault, or a compressor that isn't starting, often after low voltage.

Questions about Samsung AC repair
My Samsung AC shows an error code. What should I do?
Switch it off at the breaker for a few minutes and try again. If the code comes back, note it down (and whether it is on the indoor or outdoor unit) and call us. Samsung codes differ by model, so the code tells the technician what to bring.

My AC runs but is not cooling. Why?
The most common causes are very dirty filters and coils, a refrigerant gas leak, a failed outdoor fan or capacitor, or a compressor that is not starting. A technician checks these at your home and tells you what is wrong before any work.
Why is my split AC leaking water inside the room?
Usually the drain pipe from the indoor unit is blocked or not sloping downward, or the coil has iced up because the filter is dirty or the gas is low. Switch the AC off, wipe the water up, and call us.
Do you do AC servicing, gas refill or installation?
Tell us what you need when you call, with the AC brand, type and tonnage, and we will confirm on the phone whether we can do it and how the visit works.
Do you repair inverter ACs?
Yes. Inverter ACs from Samsung, LG, Gree, Daikin, CG and other brands are checked the same way. They often show an error code, so read us the code on the phone.
When should I get my AC checked?
Before the hot months start, around February and March. Kathmandu ACs sit unused all winter, so filters gather dust and small faults only show up on the first hot day, when technicians are busiest.
