My LG inverter AC is running but not cooling. Why?
Most often the filters and coils are dirty after months unused, or the outdoor unit isn't starting because of low voltage or a failed capacitor. A gas leak is also possible. A technician checks both units at your home.

The most common causes are very dirty filters and coils, a refrigerant gas leak, a failed outdoor fan or capacitor, or a compressor that is not starting. A technician checks these at your home and tells you what is wrong before any work.
Why is my split AC leaking water inside the room?
Usually the drain pipe from the indoor unit is blocked or not sloping downward, or the coil has iced up because the filter is dirty or the gas is low. Switch the AC off, wipe the water up, and call us.
Do you do AC servicing, gas refill or installation?

Do you repair inverter ACs?
Yes. Inverter ACs from Samsung, LG, Gree, Daikin, CG and other brands are checked the same way. They often show an error code, so read us the code on the phone.
When should I get my AC checked?
Before the hot months start, around February and March. Kathmandu ACs sit unused all winter, so filters gather dust and small faults only show up on the first hot day, when technicians are busiest.
